The Prevention Committee is proud to announce its Spring Seminar on the topic of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Substance Abuse. On our panel is a veteran who suffered battlefield PTSD and found his way back to health. Joining him are therapists who treat patients with PTSD/addictions, both in the military and civilian worlds.
The workshop will help employers better understand PTSD, and healthy ways their employees can respond to, and heal from, traumatic incidents.
